What is the most bang for the buck liquid cooling system?
I need one that is specifically good at cooling a gpu (ati 2600 xt) and is also a cpu cooler, but i do not want to pay an arm and a leg for it. It should also work, in a mini atx motherboard, which is what i believe i have. If there is no such thing, then what is the best gpu cooling system that would work on an ati 2600 xt.

It fits into two 5.25" drive bays, and it is self contained. This will be able to cool all your components, just make sure that your card has a liquid cooling block on it. The system comes with a CPU block.
